A Death Game

This mystery scene sets in the mid-80s at a Hong Kong restaurant, which is inspired by Wong Ka Wai's movies, specifically in terms of the lighting in Lumen and composition. Taking an opportunity of this piece, I managed to create the scene from scratch, starting with project planning as well as utilising zBrush and Blender for sculpting and modelling. Substance Painter and Designer to create assets. I was also exploring new lighting features in Unreal Engine 5.3, setting up a master material and troubleshooting. Wishing to push myself as an environment artist, I attempted to make vertex animation and in further optimization regarding the workflow of prop creation.

I'd like to give a big shout to these incredible peoples who have given me feedback on my work here :)
