I’m honoured to have participated in the 5 week Environment Art Challenge hosted by the Beyond Extent Community. The project consisted of one week dedicated to pre-production and 4 weeks of production. As a team, we were able to create all models and textures from scratch.
My role focused on creating a modular kit, setting up lighting, and developing and troubleshooting the master material in Unreal Engine 5. I also had the opportunity to sculpt and refine modular assets using ZBrush. Throughout the project, every team member contributed to composition work and iterated on set dressing.
It was a privilege to collaborate with such an incredibly talented team, this piece wouldn’t have been possible without them. I'm also proud to share that our scene was selected as the winning entry in the Realistic category! A special thanks to our mentor, whose invaluable feedback guided us throughout the challenge.
